The digital controlled environment allows Matritech to execute cutting sheet metal and forming in one operation. Our machines are specialized according to design and configuration of your parts that is;

• laser cutting is ideal for rounded forms. Our laser is equipped with automatic loading and unloading of material. To this system, we have two units of storage, 36 drawers. This system allows classing and itemizing inventory to 36 different types of material system MRP.
• punch-cutting performs well for pieces requiring repetition of same hole shapes such as grills. This also allows possibility of stamping and bending metals using special tools.
• Hybrid cutting combines two technologies, laser and punching. The versatility of this procedure is the most competitive and gives unlimited avenues of conception.
• These cutting procedures are perfect for prototype projects, pre-production and fabrication of parts for which the cost of dies is not justified.
