Our cutting department is mainly composed of 3 types of CNC machines:
CO2 and fiber laser
In order to increase the performance and work capacity of this department, our two laser cutting machines are equipped with an integrated 36-units refill and storage system. Our machines do not require human intervention with their fully automated feeding system.
CNC punching machine
In addition to the standard tools found on most conventional digital punching machine, our CNC machine is equipped with an "X" and "Y" shearing system. This last integrated tool design has the advantage of offering clean and precise cuts on long straight cuts with superior finishing quality.
Laser punching machine
Known as a "Combo" or "Hybrid" machine, it combines the speed of a punching machine for repetitive details and the infinite versatility of a laser for complex shapes.
